Director's Clip shall terminate, at its sole discretion, a producer's or sponsor's account(s) if they are determined to be not in accordance with the rules of the Director's Clip website, or have become high-maintenance in contrast to average and reasonable accounts.

Director's Clip shall at its sole discretion, decide whether any content is appropriate and further shall determine whether content is pornographic, obscene or defamatory or of excessive length. Director's Clip may remove such content and/or terminate a producer's account without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
